Pijus Širvys will miss the remainder of Lithuania's current international window through injury. Ahead of the UEFA Nations League home match against Azerbaijan on 27 September, coach Edgaras Jankauskas confirmed that there would be changes to the lineup. He said those changes would not necessarily be linked to the strength of the opposition.
