Alexander Isak and Hjalmar Ekdal left Sweden’s squad with minor injuries. Neither will be available for the remaining Nations League matches in this window; both will continue rehabilitation with their clubs. No replacements have been called up. Isak scored in Sweden’s 2–1 win over Romania two days earlier.
