The Turkish football federation announced on 9 October that it would not continue with Vincenzo Montella as national-team head coach. His departure follows four defeats in four Nations League matches, the latest a 3–1 loss to Italy.
The federation’s announcement did not name a successor. Türkiye’s remaining group fixtures are against Belgium and France in November.
